I would give it this meme of P-R-O-A-T-E-C which stand for:

P - Punctuality.
R- Respect.
O - Organize.
A- Attract.
T- Trust.
E- Establish.
C- Closing.


I would like to give a brief explanation of these words.

ACT 1 OF SELLING - PUNCTUALITY :


In getting client trust which is the fifth act, you have to keep to agreed time between you and the client which is for you to be punctual and deliver on time. If for example a client need a dress for 14th of February and you were told on the 10th of February, if on the 13th night of February you are unable to deliver that dress,  you have broken the trust with that client. The client would start finding alternative of you. But if you are able to deliver on 12th February,  you will gain X10 trust of the client.

ACT 2 OF SELLING - RESPECT :

My client from Spain value respect more than my service, when I start conversation without greeting her because she is older than me, she would unsatisfied with whatever I say. Yours might not be same but showing a sign of honour or gratitude for them to pass the thousands of sales people and come to you shows you owe the some respect. You can start like this "Welcome Sir/Ma" or "Thank You Sir/Ma" NOT "Thanks". Give them your maximum attention and time until you perform Act 7 of Selling (Closing).

ACT 3 OF SELLING - ORGANIZE:

If you do not organize what to sell or say to prospect (customer) before their arrival,  you might not close sales faster and might even miss that business. Customer sees you as an expert in what you sell, so you have to know much, much more than the buyer to close any successful sales. 

ACT 4 OF SELLING - ATTRACT:

You need attention of the wide market to show your product to as much you need to let them know that product exist before they finally buy from you.

ACT 5 OF SELLING - TRUST:

if I don't trust you,  I can't trust what you sell not matter how I am in need of it. I would look for who I can trust no matter how much. 

This is just the simple truth about this act, build your brand name and communication skill more than the love you have for the money you will make or profit in the product(s). Sell what you can trust and give guarantee for. 

This act was supposed to be #1 but trust is just the invisible value exchange for Punctuality. 

ACT 6 OF SELLING - ESTABLISH:

Establish real friendly relation under trust building and others mutual friendship.





ACT 7 OF SELLING - CLOSING:

Finally rule,  is for you to close sale that sales by making them make full payment of what you charge.
